How do I work with providers on Culpass?

You describe your event once and receive proposals from verified providers (catering, venues, production, artists, decoration), with their services, photos and prices. You ask questions, negotiate and close from the dashboard.

Does Culpass charge a commission per event?

Only on paid events: 10% on the Free plan, 5% on Advanced and a commission negotiable by volume on Premium. You can find the details of each plan on the pricing page for organizers.

Can I start without paying?

Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes unlimited events and attendees, with simplified registration forms. You only pay the platform commission if your event is paid.

Can I manage my event's ticketing with Culpass?

Yes. You sell tickets from Culpass and, with the Advanced plan, you add several ticket types, customizable registration forms, waitlists and invitations, automatic invoices and check-in validation with badge printing on the day of the event.

What kind of events can I organize?

Any corporate event format: team building, family days, product launches, trade fairs, conventions, company dinners and team celebrations.

How long does a provider take to answer a proposal?

It depends on each provider: each one manages their own schedule and response times, so we can't give you a fixed deadline. What you do have is everything in one place: you see where each proposal stands and negotiate changes with the provider right on it.
